Problem solving:
Question 1, The volume is too loud, how can i down the volume?
Answer: Please press the “Volume” button to up or down the volume, in addtion you can use the remote control to up or down the volume
Question 2, When i put the batteries into the mobile, it is too hot and not work, how can i do it ?
Answer: Please use tools to take out the batteries, and use another old batteries to try again, or use lower voltage and current battery.
Question 3, The light is too bright, how can i turn it off ?
Answer: Please press and hold the ” light button” for 3 seconds to turn it off.
Question 4, The music is a bit loud and disturb baby sleep, how can i turn it off ?
Answer: Please press and hold the ” music button” for 3 seconds to turn it off.
Question 5, Why the battery only can work for 30 minutes ?
Answer: This is automatically sleeping function. If no operation about 30 minutes, the crib mobile will sleep automatically. Please turn it on again.
Q:The baby mobile beeps and then shuts down. What is wrong with it?
A: Please change new battery.
Question 6, What kinds of cribs are suitable?
Answer: We recommend square guardrail or grid fence. The baby mobile will hold more stable. The thickness is less then 4CM.
