Steps to reset these earbuds:
Please kindly remember to charging the product to be full power before resetting it.
1. Take earbuds out of the charging box, long press the touchpads of both earbuds for 5 seconds to turn them off. You will hear a beep and a female voice prompt to power off.
2. Long press both earbuds at the same time from turning on to off, it takes about 12 seconds. During this process, you will hear these tones one after the other: Power on, Pairing mode and four beeps.
3. Put earbuds into the charging case, close the cover and then reopen it when lights of charging case are on.
4. Unpair them in “Paired Bluetooth Device” of your phone.
5. Take out the earbuds from charging case again, and wait a few seconds for them to be paired. One earbud will flash light and the other will not if paired successfully. Then turn on the Bluetooth on your phone, find the pairing name and click pair. There will be a logo of bluetooth connection on your phone when paired.
Before Pairing:
1. Taking out the earbuds from charging case.
2. Tear off protective film and throw them away. If low battery, please charge.
3. Wait 5 seconds to let earbuds pair with itself automatically. One earbud will flash light and the other will not if paired successfully.
Start Pairing:
Turn on the “Bluetooth” function on your phone, search for “S7” and click it to connect. The pairing is successful when the blue and white LED indicator lights are off.
Automatic Pairing:
Normally your earbuds will automatically pairing with your mobile next time once ever paired successfully. Sometimes perhaps still need you to click the Bluetooth pairing name “S7” on your mobile.

Why do I only hear the sound on one side
Here are three different ways to connect:
1. Turn off the bluetooth of your device, and turn it back on in several seconds later.
2. Reset these earbuds.
3. Put earbuds back in the charging box, then take them out to repair.
Clean the earbuds regularly
Please tear off the protective film before use.
For efficient charging and better experience, kindly remember to use an alcohol pad to wipe and dry charging connection parts of earbuds regularly.
